Shipping policy

All items are shipped the next working day from the day of ordering on the website. If an item is not available or cannot be shipped for any reason, a member of the Melia by Jade team will contact you to advise same.

Items ordered on pre-order are shipped 7 working days after payment. 

All orders are shipped using 3rd party courier services for both local and and international orders. We might not be able to provide tracking information on all orders.
